Land reserved for public recreation facilities and conservation areas, with buildings kept well back from all lot lines and covering no more than a third of the site.

Other provisions in this section
- 44.1.2(a): a single minimum yard setback applies to every yard: 7.5 m or half the building height, whichever is greater
- 44.1.2(c): parking spaces shall be provided and maintained in accordance with Sections 6, 10 and 20 of the by-law (no numbers stated in this section)
- 44.1.2(d): a permitted lounge or restaurant shall not exceed 15% of the gross floor area on the site
- 44.1.2(d): a permitted lounge or restaurant shall not be located within 30 m of a residentially zoned property
- A lounge or restaurant is permitted only in conjunction with a permitted indoor or outdoor recreation facility (44.1.1(c))
