Other provisions in this section
- General prohibition (9.1): land, buildings and structures in the I zone may only be used as permitted in Table 9.1 and in accordance with Table 9.2, the General Provisions of Section 4 and the Parking, Loading & Delivery Standards of Section 5.
- Planting strip (footnote 4): a planting strip is required along any portion of a rear lot line and any portion of an interior side lot line that abuts a Residential zone; minimum planting strip width 3 m (Table 9.2).
- Driveway setbacks (minimum, Table 9.2): fully serviced lot Nil; fully serviced lot where a side lot line abuts a Residential zone 3 m; other lots where a side lot line abuts a Residential zone 4.5 m; other lots 1.5 m.
- Parking space setbacks (minimum, Table 9.2): 1.5 m from any street line; 4.5 m from any lot line abutting a Residential zone.
- Lot area, lot frontage, front yard, exterior side yard and interior side yard standards differ depending on whether the lot is fully serviced, partially serviced or unserviced (Table 9.2).
- Maximum building height is 12.2 m for Schools and Town of Caledon Public Uses instead of the general 10.5 m (footnote 3).
