- Table 13.2 fn 1: detached dwellings are permitted only as legal uses existing on the lot on December 16, 2004; a new dwelling and accessory buildings/structures may be erected only on a lot that legally existed and was vacant on December 16, 2004.
- Table 13.2 fn 3: a maximum of one of the accessory uses subject to footnote 3 (attached additional residential unit, bed and breakfast, day care, lodging house, private home day care, short-term accommodation) is permitted in a dwelling.
