EM3 zone, Vaughan: Mineral Aggregate Operation Zone

Other provisions in this section
- Minimum setback of any building, structure or outside storage to any Residential Zone or Open Space Zone: 150 m (Table 11-3).
- Maximum building height of 11.0 m applies only to an office use accessory to a mineral aggregate operation (Table 11-3, note 2).
- No landscape strip is required abutting a street line or on interior side/rear lot lines abutting a Residential or Open Space Zone ('-' in Table 11-3).
- Accessory office is subject to the specific use provisions of Part 5 (Table 11-2, note 1).
- Accessory retail, ancillary retail, intermodal containers and outside storage are not permitted in the EM3 zone (blank in Table 11-2); note outside storage is nonetheless referenced in the 150 m setback row of Table 11-3.
- Table 11-3 note 1 (height may exceed 15.0 m with interior side yard increased 0.3 m per 0.6 m of height above 15.0 m, to a maximum of 25.0 m) is not referenced in the EM3 column.
