- Table 12-3 note 2: where a lot is within the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan area (Schedule A), the minimum interior side yard is 15.0 m (same as the OS2 base standard of 15 m).
- Table 12-3 note 3: where a lot is subject to the Oak Ridges Moraine Suffix Zone (-ORM), maximum lot coverage is 5% instead of 10%.
- Table 12-2 note 1: cemetery and community garden are subject to specific use provisions in Part 5 of the By-law.
- Not permitted in OS2: agriculture, animal boarding, single detached dwelling, and all specified accessory uses (accessory agriculture dwelling, agri-tourism, bed and breakfast, home industry, home occupation, intermodal container, seasonal farm stand, secondary suite, short-term rental).
- Table 12-2 note 2 (agri-tourism not permitted on -ORM lots) does not apply because agri-tourism is not permitted in OS2 at all.
