- Fencing along a common boundary with a URM zone: minimum 1.8 m, solid screen or chain-link with dense year-round planting (s.4.12).
- Multiple contiguous lots developed under one comprehensive site plan are deemed one lot for zoning purposes (s.4.14).
- Office footnote (f) (ground-floor restriction) applies to UCR1 only, not UCR2.
