U2 zone, Hamilton: Utility (U2) Zone
Section 13.2 (13.2.1 Permitted Uses, 13.2.2 Regulations for Any Buildings or Structures) of the City of Hamilton Zoning By-law 05-200, as amended by 21-189, 24-137.
A zone for railway lines and stations, transit terminals and depots, pipelines and hydro corridors, where any building must sit at least 15 metres from every property line.

Other provisions in this section
- Minimum yards: 15.0 m from any lot line for any building or structure (13.2.2 a) i).
- Notwithstanding the 15.0 m rule, a 1.0 m minimum rear or side yard may be permitted where the yard abuts an Industrial Zone (13.2.2 a) ii, By-law 21-189).
