- Maximum front yard 17.5 m and maximum flankage yard 17.5 m (Table 9.3).
- Table 9.3 note 1: for a new building, or floor area added in a front/flankage yard to a building legally existing on the effective date, on a corner lot at the intersection of two arterial roads, two collector roads, or an arterial and a collector road, the maximum front or flankage yard is 10.0 m for the first 33% of the length of the front and flankage lot lines measured from their point of intersection (or the intersection of their projections) (2015-018, 2017-025).
