CEM zone, Oakville: Cemetery
Part 12 (Open Space Zone): Section 12.2, Table 12.2; Section 12.3, Table 12.3 of the Town of Oakville Zoning By-law 2014-014, as amended by 2017-025, 2015-018.
The Cemetery zone is for cemeteries and related open-space uses, with buildings kept back at least 5 m from the front and sides and 7.5 m from the rear, no taller than 14 m, and covering no more than 30% of the lot.
