- All Table 13.3 standards (lot area, lot coverage, lot frontage, front/flankage/interior side/rear yards, height) are listed as n/a for the N zone.
- No habitable buildings or habitable structures are permitted for conservation use, private park or public park in the N zone (Table 13.2 footnote 5).
- Detached dwellings, home occupations, additional residential units, agriculture and all other listed uses are not permitted in the N zone (Table 13.2, N column shows '-').
- Table 13.3 footnote 1: minimum lot area for a detached dwelling in the Environmental Zones is 0.3 hectares (not applicable in N since detached dwellings are not permitted).
- Table 13.3 footnote 2: minimum yard for a detached dwelling in the Environmental Zones is 7.5 m (not applicable in N since detached dwellings are not permitted).
- Table 13.3 footnote 3: maximum height does not apply to buildings and structures used for agriculture (agriculture is not a permitted use in N).
