  • No habitable buildings or habitable structures are permitted for conservation use, private park or public park in the N zone (Table 13.2 footnote 5).
  • Detached dwellings, home occupations, additional residential units, agriculture and all other listed uses are not permitted in the N zone (Table 13.2, N column shows '-').
  • Table 13.3 footnote 1: minimum lot area for a detached dwelling in the Environmental Zones is 0.3 hectares (not applicable in N since detached dwellings are not permitted).
  • Table 13.3 footnote 2: minimum yard for a detached dwelling in the Environmental Zones is 7.5 m (not applicable in N since detached dwellings are not permitted).
