Other provisions in this section
- Minimum landscape strip abutting a street line: 3 m wide (Table 13-3).
- Minimum landscape strip along any interior side lot line or rear lot line abutting a Residential Zone or the Open Space Zone: 3 m wide (Table 13-3).
- Single detached dwelling is permitted only as a legally existing use ('E'): the use must have legally existed and been used on the lot on the effective date of the By-law (Table 13-2, s.2.5.1).
- Community garden and place of worship are subject to the specific use provisions in Part 5 (Table 13-2 footnote 1).
- Not permitted in I1: golf course, public parking, restaurant, retail, cemetery, hospital, public uses, urban square, intermodal facility, stormwater management facility, temporary sales office (Table 13-2).
- Table 13-2 footnote 2 (combined retail/restaurant GFA capped at 500.0 m2 per lot) does not apply to I1 since neither use is permitted in the I1 column.
- General Provisions (Part 4) and Parking, Loading and Stacking Requirements (Part 6) apply in addition to Part 13.
