- Combined gross floor area of all retail and restaurant uses limited to a maximum of 500.0 m² per lot (Table 13-2, note 2).
- Community garden and place of worship are subject to the specific use provisions of Part 5 (Table 13-2, note 1).
- Not permitted in I2: golf course, cemetery, public uses, intermodal facility, single detached dwelling, stormwater management facility, temporary sales office (blank in Table 13-2).
- General Provisions (Part 4) and Parking, Loading and Stacking Requirements (Part 6) apply in addition to the zone standards.
