Other provisions in this section
- Minimum driveway setback: 3 m for agricultural use, 0.5 m for non-agricultural use (Table 11.2).
- Minimum parking space setback from any street line: 3 m for agricultural use (Table 11.2); no value stated for non-agricultural use.
- Zone applies to lands in the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan Area located in a Key Natural Heritage Feature, a Hydrologically Sensitive Feature and/or its minimum vegetation protection zone (Section 11.2).
- Stormwater management ponds are excluded from the permitted Transportation, Infrastructure and Utilities use (Table 11.1).
- All uses and buildings must also comply with the General Provisions in Section 4 and the Parking, Loading & Delivery Standards in Section 5 (Section 11.1).
- No residential or other uses beyond those listed in Table 11.1 are permitted in this zone (Section 11.1 general prohibition).
