A small-scale commercial zone for neighbourhood conveniences such as small shops, restaurants, personal services and day cares, on lots of at least 6,500 m² with buildings up to 9.5 m tall covering no more than 35% of the lot.

- Minimum landscape strip of 3 m in width abutting any street line (Table 9-3).
