Other provisions in this section
- Minimum setback from any building or structure to a lot line abutting a Residential Zone, Institutional Zone, or the Open Space Zone: 7.5 m (Table 9-3).
- Minimum landscape strip abutting any street line: 3 m wide (Table 9-3).
- Minimum landscape strip on any interior side lot line or rear lot line abutting a Residential Zone or the Open Space Zone: 6 m wide (Table 9-3).
- Uses marked (1) (micro-manufacturing, community garden, drive-through, outdoor display area, outdoor patio, seasonal outdoor display area, temporary sales office) are subject to the specific use provisions of Part 5 (Table 9-2 footnote 1).
- Uses marked (3) are limited to a combined maximum gross floor area of 10,000.0 m2 per lot (Table 9-2 footnote 3).
- Table 9-2 footnote (2) (maximum total gross floor area of specified uses 185.0 m2 per lot) is not attached to any use in the NC column.
- Uses not marked in the NC column of Table 9-2 (e.g. art studio, clinic, car wash, fueling station, supermarket, place of worship, motor vehicle uses, place of assembly/entertainment, theatre) are not permitted.
