Other provisions in this section
- Minimum setback of 15 m from any building or structure to a lot line abutting a Residential Zone, Institutional Zone, or the Open Space Zone (Table 9-3).
- Minimum 3 m wide landscape strip abutting any street line (Table 9-3).
- Minimum 6 m wide landscape strip on any interior side lot line or rear lot line abutting a Residential Zone or the Open Space Zone (Table 9-3).
- Hotel and motor vehicle body repair are permitted only if legally existing and used on the lot on the effective date of the By-law ('E' in Table 9-2).
- Retail and convenience retail: maximum total gross floor area of 185.0 m2 per lot (Table 9-2 note 2).
- Uses marked (3) in Table 9-2: maximum gross floor area on each lot for all such uses is 10,000.0 m2 (Table 9-2 note 3).
- Fueling station, community garden, drive-through, outdoor patio and temporary sales office are subject to the specific use provisions of Part 5 (Table 9-2 note 1).
- Uses not marked in the SC column of Table 9-2 (e.g. office, clinic, business service, financial institution, place of worship, outdoor display area) are not permitted.
