CRC zone, Brampton: Composite Residential Commercial
Section 19.1 of the City of Brampton Zoning By-law 270-2004, as amended by 253-2021.
A mixed zone that allows small-scale housing (up to four units) and a few low-impact businesses such as offices, personal service shops and art galleries or studios, with residential uses following the R2B(1) zone rules and non-residential uses following the SC zone rules.

- A personal service shop
- An art gallery
- An art studio
Other provisions in this section
- 19.1.2(a)(i): residential uses are subject to the requirements and restrictions of the R2B(1) zone; no dimensional standards are stated in this section itself.
- 19.1.2(a)(ii): minimum gross residential floor area per dwelling unit is 75 square metres.
- 19.1.2(b): non-residential uses are subject to the requirements and restrictions of the SC zone.
- 19.1.1(b)(1): offices for a physician, dentist or drugless practitioner, and real estate offices, are excluded from the permitted office use.
