Other provisions in this section
- 29.3.2(a): prohibited uses are an adult video store, an adult entertainment parlour, a massage or body rub parlour, and a drive-through facility associated with any use.
- 29.3.3(d): Maximum Front Yard Depth is the greater of the existing front yard setback or 4.5 m.
- 29.3.3(f): Maximum Exterior Side Yard Width is the greater of the existing exterior side yard setback or 4.5 m.
- 29.3.3(i)(i): for permitted uses, maximum gross floor area is the existing GFA on the date of passing of the By-law amendment plus 10%.
- 29.3.3(i)(ii): for any other use, including any legal non-conforming use, maximum gross floor area is the existing GFA on the date of passing of the By-law amendment (no increase).
- 29.3.3(j): a landscaped buffer area at least 1.5 m wide is required between any part of a parking area and a street; it may be crossed only by walkways and driveways giving pedestrian or vehicular access to or from the street or sidewalk.
- 29.3.3(k): an existing legal non-conforming drive-through facility may not expand its number of stacking lanes or stacking spaces beyond what existed on the date of passing of the By-law amendment.
- 29.3.3(l): 'motor vehicle rental or car sharing establishment (small-scale)' means premises used principally for the temporary storage of up to five (5) motor vehicles, excluding oversized motor vehicles, for rental or temporary use by members or patrons of a car sharing business.
