By-law 2020 Part 9, Sections 1-3 (Table 9.3.1) and Section 12 of the City of Burlington Zoning By-law 09-2026 / 2020.

A holding-type development zone in North Aldershot where land is limited to farming, low-intensity outdoor recreation and existing houses on large lots until it is rezoned for development.

  • s.1(f): An 'L'-shaped detached dwelling without attached garage/carport whose front elevation forms one side and one end of a 4.5 m x 6.5 m parking space uses the side yard required for a dwelling with an attached garage/carport.
  • s.2: Prohibited (in addition to Part 1 s.2.22): parking/storing a motor vehicle (other than a recreational vehicle) exceeding 3,000 kg registered GVW, 6 m length or 2.6 m height; any vehicle with a stake body; a vehicle on/off trailer or a utility trailer with load exceeding 3.6 m combined height.
