  • No excavation or storage of aggregate material within 30 m of any lot line (Part 8 s.5.1)
  • No excavation or storage of aggregate material within 30 m of a public road or highway (Part 8 s.5.1)
  • No excavation or storage of aggregate material within 15 m of any body of water that is not the result of excavation below the water table (Part 8 s.5.1)
  • Yard and setback requirements do not apply to earth berms and buffer strips constructed to screen adjacent lands from extraction operations and accessory uses (Part 8 s.5.1)
  • Subject to Part 1 (General Conditions and Provisions) and Part 14 (Exceptions to Zone Designations) (Part 8 s.1)
  • Holding 'H' prefix: uses permitted per Part 11 s.1.1; development deemed premature until the 'H' is removed per Part 11 s.1.2 (Part 8 s.1(a))
  • Minimum Distance Separation (MDS): no new building on a lot adjacent to a property with livestock buildings except per MDS I (not applicable to a dwelling on the same property as the livestock use); no livestock building constructed or enlarged except per MDS II (Part 8 s.1.1)
