  • Motor Vehicle Gas Bar setback (minimum): 6 m from any lot line and 3 m from any sight triangle; footnote (6): where the gas bar has a canopy or roof structure, the setback is measured to the nearest part of the canopy or roof.
  • Planting strip minimum width 6 m; footnote (3): required along any front lot line and any exterior lot line, and along any portion of a rear lot line and interior side lot line abutting a Residential Zone or a lot containing a Residential use.
  • Driveway setbacks (minimum): 6 m from a lot line abutting a Residential zone or a lot containing a Residential use; 1.5 m from any other lot line.
  • Parking space setbacks (minimum): 6 m from any street line; 1.5 m from any other lot line.
  • Accessory retail store max 93 m² net floor area (Table 7.1 footnote 2; Table 7.2 gross floor area row).
  • Drive-through service facilities only per Table 7.1 footnote (13): subject to Section 4.9 and limited to the Bolton and Mayfield West settlement areas (and specific existing commercial zones in Tullamore, Victoria, Sandhill and Caledon Village along Hurontario Street/Charleston Sideroad).
  • Accessory open storage area is not permitted together with an Industrial Use (Table 7.1 footnote 14).
  • Section 7.1: all uses also subject to the General Provisions of Section 4 and the Parking, Loading and Delivery Standards of Section 5.
