Other provisions in this section
- Motor Vehicle Gas Bar setback (minimum): 6 m from any lot line and 3 m from any sight triangle; where the gas bar includes a canopy or roof structure the setback is measured to the nearest part of the canopy or roof (Table 7.2 footnote 6).
- Planting strip minimum width 3 m; required along any front lot line and any exterior lot line, and along any portion of a rear lot line or interior side lot line abutting a Residential Zone or a lot containing a Residential use (Table 7.2 footnote 3).
- Driveway setback (minimum): 4.5 m from a lot line abutting a Residential zone or a lot containing a Residential use; 1.5 m from any other lot line.
- Parking space setback (minimum): 1.5 m from any street line; 4.5 m from any lot line abutting a Residential zone or a lot containing a Residential use.
