Other provisions in this section
- Planting strip minimum width 6 m; per Table 7.2 footnote (4) a planting strip is required along every lot line, except none is required for a 15 m length along the front lot line between the tourist camp management office and the street.
- Play facility area minimum 4% of the lot; per footnote (5) no part of any play facility may be closer than 6 m to any lot line.
- Driveway setback minimum 6 m.
- Parking space setback minimum 6 m from any lot line.
- Building separations (Table 7.2 footnote 8): 6 m between tourist vehicles; 9 m between a tourist vehicle and the management office; 12 m between a tourist vehicle and a recreation building; 2 m between the main building and a detached accessory building; 1 m between detached accessory buildings.
- Accessory dwelling unit permitted only where its unit size does not exceed 15% of the commercial net floor area (Table 7.1 footnote 7).
- Accessory dwelling size is governed by the applicable lot coverage and yard requirements (Table 7.1 footnote 11).
- All uses are also subject to the General Provisions of Section 4 and the Parking, Loading and Delivery Standards of Section 5 (Section 7.1).
