- General provisions in Part 2 also permit an essential emergency service (Table 2.1.9.5, line 1.0) and a transit terminal and/or transit corridor (Table 2.1.9.10, line 1.0) in the AP zone, subject to the conditions in those tables (e.g. essential emergency service: minimum 4.5 m parking-area setback to an abutting Residential lot, 30.0 m setback from a railway right-of-way; transit terminal: accessory retail/restaurant/office uses capped at 30% of its non-residential gross floor area).
