- All buildings and structures must comply with Parts 1 and 2 and Subsection 12.4.1 of the By-law (12.4.1: the zone provisions in Parts 1 to 3 also apply to Buffer Zones).
- Only the uses listed in Table 12.4.2 (berm, fence, retaining wall, entryway feature) are permitted; the table lists no dwellings or other buildings.
