B zone, Mississauga: Buffer (Berm, Fence)

A narrow buffer strip zone where only landscape features such as berms, fences, retaining walls and entryway features are allowed, with no buildings or dwellings.

  • Only the uses listed in Table 12.4.2 (berm, fence, retaining wall, entryway feature) are permitted; the table lists no dwellings or other buildings.
