- All buildings and structures must also comply with Parts 1 to 3 and Section 11.1 (General Provisions for Parkway Belt Zones) of the by-law.
- Agricultural use, cemetery and golf course appear in Table 11.2.1 but are not permitted in the PB1 column (they are not marked as permitted).
- Table notes refer to Subsection 11.1.1 (additional regulations for an agricultural use in a PB2 zone, Table 11.1.1; does not apply to PB1) and Subsection 11.1.2 (cross-reference only; its text is not reproduced in the source extract); neither cemetery nor agricultural use is permitted in PB1.
- Section 11.1.3: driveways and parking areas in PB1 and PB2 zones may be constructed of a permeable type of material.
- Section 11.2.2: twelve site-specific exception zones exist (PB1-1 to PB1-12); see Article 1.1.2.3 and the exception zone schedules.
- No minimum lot area, lot frontage, maximum height, lot coverage or other standards are stated for PB1 in Table 11.2.1.
