  • Table 10.3 footnote 1: on a corner lot at the intersection of two arterial/collector roads, for a new building or a front/flankage-yard addition, the maximum front or flankage yard is 10.0 m for the first 33% of the length of the front and flankage lot lines measured from the intersection (2017-025).
  • Table 10.3 footnote 3(b): rooftop mechanical equipment and mechanical penthouses greater than 2.0 m in height are not permitted within the 23.0 m setback from a Residential Low, Institutional (I) or Community Use (CU) Zone boundary.
