Other provisions in this section

  • All Table 7.3 standards (lot frontage, lot area, lot coverage, front/flankage/interior side/rear yards, height) are fixed at what legally existed on the lot as of the effective date of By-law 2014-014; no numeric standards are given.
  • Table 7.2 footnote 3: retail store, financial institution, food production, restaurant, service commercial establishment, sports facility and day care are permitted only within the same building (or part) used by another use not subject to the footnote, and all such uses together may occupy a maximum of 20% of the building's net floor area.
  • Table 7.2 footnote 1 (not permitted on a lot abutting a residential zone), footnote 2 (retail propane sales) and footnote 4 (accessory use only) are printed with the table but are not attached to any use in the MTE column.
