Other provisions in this section
- Table 13.3 footnote 1: minimum lot area for a detached dwelling is 0.3 hectares (detached dwellings are not a listed permitted use in the PB1 column; applies only where a dwelling is otherwise legally permitted, e.g. as a legal existing use).
- Table 13.3 footnote 2: minimum yard (all yards) for a detached dwelling is 7.5 m.
- Table 13.3 footnote 3: maximum height (12.0 m) does not apply to buildings and structures used for agriculture.
- Table 13.2 footnote 2 (legal existing uses as of the effective date of the By-law): existing legal uses only; a new dwelling and accessory buildings/structures may be erected only on a lot that legally existed and was vacant on September 22, 1983.
- Table 13.2 footnote 5: no habitable buildings or habitable structures permitted (where this footnote is attached to a use in Table 13.2).
- Table 13.2 footnote 4: permitted only north of Highway 407 (where this footnote is attached to a use in Table 13.2).
- Section 13.4.1 (MDS II): no livestock facility may be erected or enlarged unless it complies with the Minimum Distance Separation II Formula per s.13.4.2.

- Not permitted in PB1 (Table 13.2): attached additional residential unit, bed and breakfast, boarding kennel, day care, detached dwelling, emergency service facility, golf course, home occupation, lodging house, outside miniature golf, private park, private home day care, short-term accommodation, wayside pit and quarry.
