Other provisions in this section
- Table 14.2 Additional Regulation 1(a): only buildings and structures legally existing on the effective date of the By-law, plus one accessory building or structure constructed after that date, are permitted.
- Table 14.2 Additional Regulation 1(b): if the use is a dwelling, accessory residential uses in Table 6.2.1 are additionally permitted (subject to that Table's additional regulations) and Section 6.5 applies to permit accessory buildings and structures.
- Table 14.3 Additional Regulation 1(a): maximum lot coverage and floor area are those legally existing on the effective date of the By-law, and may be increased by a maximum of 10% at the location of the building only.
- Table 14.3 Additional Regulation 1(b): accessory buildings or structures are governed by Section 6.5.
- Uses not permitted in SMF (Table 14.2): emergency service facility, legal uses of land existing on the lot as of the effective date, major transit station (2017-025).
