- Table 14.2 Reg 2(a): a major transit station is permitted only within and adjacent to a railway corridor at locations designated by an operator of a passenger rail service.
- Table 14.2 Reg 2(b): accessory uses to a major transit station are limited to restaurants, retail stores, dry cleaning/laundry and service commercial establishments; may be stand-alone or within shared premises; maximum total net floor area 500.0 m2; exempt from the parking and yard regulations of the By-law (2017-025).
- Table 14.3 Reg 1(a) (no footnote marker in the U column; attaches to the 'legal uses of land existing on the lot' use, which is not permitted in U - reference only): maximum lot coverage and floor area are those that legally existed on the effective date of the By-law, and may be increased by a maximum of 10% at the location of the building only.
- Table 14.3 Reg 1(b) (same qualification as 1(a)): for accessory buildings or structures, the regulations of Section 6.5 apply.
- Table 14.2 Reg 1 (attaches to 'legal uses of land existing on the lot', which is NOT ticked in the U column - reference only): only buildings and structures legally existing on the effective date plus one accessory building or structure constructed after the effective date are permitted; if the use is a dwelling, accessory residential uses per Table 6.2.1 and Section 6.5 additionally apply.
- Uses not permitted in U: emergency service facility, legal uses of land existing on the lot as of the effective date, private park, public park.
