- Table 13.2 footnote 2: detached dwellings limited to legal uses existing on the effective date of the By-law; a new dwelling and accessory buildings/structures may be erected only on a lot that legally existed and was vacant on September 22, 1983.
- Table 13.2 footnote 3: a maximum of one of the following accessory uses is permitted in a dwelling: attached additional residential unit, bed and breakfast establishment, day care, lodging house, private home day care (and short-term accommodation per footnote 6).
