MA zone, Caledon: Airport Industrial

Other provisions in this section
- Maximum building area is the lesser of 5% of the lot area or 0.4 hectares (Table 8.2 footnote 9).
- Accessory gasoline pump island: minimum setback 30 m from any lot line (Table 8.2, footnote 11); where the island has a canopy or roof, the setback is measured to the nearest part of the canopy or roof (footnote 16).
- No accessory gasoline pump island is permitted in a front yard or an exterior side yard (footnote 21).
- Planting strip: minimum width 15 m; required along each front lot line, and along any portion of a rear lot line or interior side lot line that abuts a Residential zone (footnote 10).
- Driveway setbacks (minimum): 3 m from any other lot line; 9 m from a lot line abutting a zone other than an Industrial zone.
- Parking space setbacks (minimum): 3 m from any street line; 9 m from any lot line abutting a zone other than an Industrial zone.
- Restaurant is permitted only subject to Section 8.4.2: its area may not exceed 15% of the total gross floor area of all buildings on the lot, to a maximum of 500 m².
- Open storage areas (Section 8 footnotes 19/20): not permitted in a front yard or exterior side yard; not closer than 6 m to any lot line unless a chain-link fence at least 1.8 m high is built along that lot line; not in a rear or interior side yard adjacent to a lot line abutting a Residential zone or a lot with a Residential use; not closer than 6 m to any lot line if combustible materials are stored.
- All uses must also comply with the General Provisions in Section 4 and the Parking, Loading & Delivery Standards in Section 5 (Section 8.1).
