MD zone, Caledon: Waste Management

Other provisions in this section
- Planting strip minimum width 7.5 m; per footnote (12) a planting strip is required along any portion of a rear lot line and any portion of an interior side lot line that abuts a zone other than an MD or MX zone.
- Landfill area setbacks (minimum): 30 m from any street line; 90 m from any lot line abutting a zone other than an MD or MX Zone.
- Driveway setbacks (minimum): 9.5 m from a lot line abutting a zone other than an MX or MD zone; 3 m from any other lot line.
- Parking space setbacks (minimum): 3 m from any street line; 9 m from any lot line abutting a zone other than an MD or MX zone.
- Section 8.1: all uses must also comply with the General Provisions in Section 4 and the Parking, Loading & Delivery Standards in Section 5.
- Footnote (19)/(20) (open storage, Section 8 generally): no open storage in a front yard or exterior side yard, nor closer than 6 m to any lot line unless a 1.8 m chain-link fence is built along that line; not in a rear or interior side yard adjacent to a Residential zone or lot with a Residential use; not within 6 m of any lot line if combustible materials are stored.
- Footnote (21): no accessory gasoline pump island in a front yard or exterior side yard.
