Other provisions in this section
- Yards footnote (14): no building setback is required from any portion of a lot line abutting a railroad right-of-way.
- Accessory gasoline pump island: not permitted in a front yard or exterior side yard (footnote 21); minimum 4.5m setback from any other lot line; where it has a canopy or roof, the setback is measured to the nearest part of the canopy/roof (footnote 16).
- Planting strip minimum width 6m; required along each front lot line, each exterior side lot line, and any portion of a rear or interior side lot line abutting a Residential zone or a lot containing a Residential use (footnote 2).
- Planting strip footnote (17): minimum 9.0m abutting an arterial road or Provincial Highway; 12.0m where truck parking or loading spaces are adjacent to an arterial road or Provincial Highway; 1.5m on all interior side yards except where there is a mutual driveway along the interior side lot line.
- Planting strip footnote (18), Tullamore Industrial Commercial Secondary Plan Area: minimum 12m along an arterial road and 8m along all internal roads.
- Driveway setbacks (minimum): 4.5m from a lot line abutting a Residential zone; nil where the driveway forms part of a mutual driveway on an adjacent lot; 1.5m from any other lot line.
- Parking space setbacks (minimum): 6m from any front lot line; 3m from any other lot line.
- Accessory Retail Store (Section 8.4.1): only accessory to a permitted industrial use for products made or assembled on the premises; ground floor only; area not to exceed 500 m2 or 15% of the gross floor area of the industrial use, whichever is less; may be in a free-standing building on the same lot if its total net floor area does not exceed 300 m2.
- Financial Institution and/or Restaurant (Section 8.4.2): area not to exceed 15% of the total gross floor area of all buildings on the lot, to a maximum of 500 m2.
- Cannabis-Related and Industrial Hemp-Related Uses (Indoor) must comply with Section 4.8.
- General Provisions of Section 4 and Parking, Loading and Delivery Standards of Section 5 also apply (Section 8.1).
