MBU zone, Brampton: Industrial Business
Section 35.1 of the City of Brampton Zoning By-law 270-2004, as amended by 204-2010.
A business-park zone for offices, banks, shops, restaurants, hotels, banquet halls and similar uses on larger lots of at least 0.4 hectares, with buildings up to 13.7 metres tall and no outside storage.
