Other provisions in this section
- 25.1.1(a)(10): a residential unit is permitted only for a caretaker employed on the lot.
- 25.1.2(c): minimum interior side yard increases from 7.5 m to 15 m where it abuts a Residential or Institutional Zone.
- 25.1.2(f): maximum building height is 2 storeys (no metre figure given).
- 25.1.2(g): minimum landscaped open space is 20% of the minimum required front yard and 50% of the minimum required exterior side yard.
