Other provisions in this section
- 23.1.2(c): interior side yard increases from 3 m to 5 m where it abuts a Residential or Institutional Zone
- 23.1.2(e): rear yard increases from 6 m to 9 m where it abuts a Residential or Institutional Zone
- 23.1.2(f): maximum building height is 3 storeys
- 23.1.2(g): minimum landscaped open space is 60% of the required front yard and of the required exterior side yard
- 23.1.1(a)(1): retail establishments are permitted only with no outside storage
