A North Aldershot zone mainly for office buildings, with agricultural, low-intensity outdoor recreation and pre-1995 detached dwellings also allowed, where buildings must sit well back from neighbouring zones and stay under 3 storeys / 11 m.

  • Accessory Farm Dwelling Unit (only in conjunction with a commercial farm and only for farm help - footnote b)
  • Archaeological Conservation Projects
  • Forest, Wildlife, Fisheries Management Projects
  • Veterinary Services (only on existing lots of at least 1.2 ha; animal-keeping buildings/structures/enclosures set back 30 m from any lot line or street line - footnote e)
  • Additional Residential Units (subject to Part 1, Section 2.21(u) - footnote h)

  • L-shaped detached dwelling without attached garage forming one side and one end of a 4.5 m x 6.5 m parking space: side yard same as for a dwelling with an attached garage (s.1(f))
  • Prohibited (s.2): parking/storing a recreational vehicle over 3000 kg registered GVW, 6 m length or 2.6 m height; any motor vehicle with a stake body; a vehicle on/off trailer or a utility trailer including load exceeding 3.6 m combined height; plus the uses in Part 1, s.2.22
  • All uses subject to Part 1 (General Conditions and Provisions) and Part 14 (Exceptions to Zone Designations)
