A local park zone for community gardens, recreation and urban farms, where only small utility or storage buildings (up to 100 m² and 5 m tall) are allowed.

- Any building is limited to 100 m² gross floor area and may only be used for utility and storage purposes (7.1.3 d, By-law 06-166).

- Urban Farm subject to the requirements of Section 4.26 of the By-law (7.1.3 e, By-law 14-273).
- Community Garden subject to the requirements of Section 4.27 of the By-law (7.1.3 f, By-law 14-273).
- Uses accessory to the permitted uses are also permitted (7.1 preamble).
