Section 7.2 (7.2.1 Permitted Uses, 7.2.2 Regulations) of the City of Hamilton Zoning By-law 05-200, as amended by 06-166, 14-273, 15-107.
A public community park zone for parks, recreation facilities, community gardens, urban farms and urban farmers markets, with buildings kept well back from the edges of the site and limited in height.

- Urban Farm: subject to the requirements of Section 4.26 (7.2.2 d; By-law 14-273).
- Community Garden: subject to the requirements of Section 4.27 (7.2.2 e; By-law 14-273).
- Urban Farmers Market: subject to the requirements of Section 4.28 (7.2.2 f; By-law 15-107).
- No minimum front yard, lot area, lot frontage, lot coverage or landscaped open space is stated in Section 7.2.
