  • Interior side yard abutting a walkway, greenway or stormwater management facility: minimum 3.5 m (Table 7-3, note 5).
  • Community garden, model home, temporary sales office, home occupation, secondary suite and short-term rental are subject to the specific use provisions of Part 5 (Table 7-2, note 1).
  • Semi-detached dwellings are not permitted in the R1 zones (Table 7-2).
  • Table 7-3 note 1 (front yard = existing front yard less 10% or 9.0 m, whichever is greater) and note 2 (R1E coverage 23% / height 9.5 m) are printed with the table but are not referenced by the R1B column.
