- Table 7-2 uses R4 column: per s.2.4.1(3), a reference to the R4 zone encompasses R4A; permitted uses marked (1) are subject to the specific use provisions of Part 5.
- Single detached dwelling, interior side yard (Table 7-5 note 1): may be reduced to 0.6 m where the abutting interior side lot line is 1.2 m or greater; does not apply where the interior side lot line abuts a non-residential use.
- Semi-detached dwelling, front and exterior side yard (Table 7-5 note 2): where a private garage faces a front lot line or an exterior side lot line, the minimum setback to the private garage is 5.7 m.
- Semi-detached dwelling, lots accessed by a lane (Table 7-5 note 4): minimum lot frontage reduced by 2.0 m (from 7.5 m/unit) and minimum rear yard is 13.0 m.
- Semi-detached dwelling, interior side yard (Table 7-5 note 7): 0.0 m where the common wall of the semi-detached dwelling abuts the interior side lot line.
- Single detached dwelling: minimum 33% of the front yard or exterior side yard must be landscaped (Table 7-5).
- Maximum height 9.5 m and maximum lot coverage 55% apply to both single detached and semi-detached dwellings (Table 7-5, R4A column).
