Land reserved around the Hamilton airport for airport storage, maintenance and operations buildings, with only a small setback from the street and outdoor storage kept out of front yards and screened from the road.

  • Outdoor storage and outdoor assembly shall not exceed 85% of the total lot area (9.9.2 d ii).
  • Outdoor storage and outdoor assembly must be screened from any abutting street by a visual barrier per Section 4.19 (9.9.2 d iii).
  • Parking per Section 5 of the by-law (9.9.2 e).
  • Accessory buildings per Section 4.8 of the by-law (9.9.2 f).
  • No minimum lot area, lot frontage, lot depth, rear yard, interior side yard, lot coverage or floor area standards are stated for this zone.
