- All Table 6.3.6 standards are stated for linked dwellings, the only dwelling type permitted in RL11 (detached, semi-detached, duplex and townhouse dwellings are not permitted).

- s.6.5.2 accessory buildings: minimum yards same as the dwelling, except 0.6 m from any lot line when located in a flankage or rear yard and at least 2.0 m from the dwelling; max height 4.0 m from grade, reduced to 2.5 m if less than 3.5 m from a flankage lot line; max coverage the greater of 5% of lot area or 42.0 m2, additional to the dwelling's 35% coverage.
- s.6.5.1: accessory buildings must be on the same lot as the primary use and not used for human habitation or an occupation for gain unless otherwise permitted.
- s.6.6 (2015-079): minimum front yard may be reduced to the average of the front yards of the nearest legally existing dwelling on each side in the same block where that average is less than the zone minimum.
- s.6.7 day cares: only on a lot whose front or flankage lot line abuts an arterial or major collector road; minimum interior side yard 4.2 m; max driveway width in front/flankage yard 6.0 m plus an additional 5.7 m of continuous hard surface; playground equipment 1.8 m or taller set back 5.0 m from all lot lines, shorter equipment 2.0 m.
- s.6.4 -0 Suffix Zone (only where the zone is mapped with a -0 suffix): max 2 storeys and 9.0 m height, no floor area above the second storey; max residential floor area ratio for a detached dwelling per Table 6.4.1 (43% under 557.5 m2 lot area down to 29% at 1,301 m2 or more); minimum front yard is the existing yard less 1.0 m (or the parent zone minimum for vacant/new lots) and maximum front yard is minimum plus 5.5 m; 50% of front main wall length must fall between min and max front yard for new buildings; balconies/uncovered platforms prohibited above the first storey; no additional accessory building lot coverage. Table 6.4.2 lot coverage does not list RL11.
- s.6.9 parking structures: vehicle repair storage prohibited; no setbacks required for portions no more than 1.37 m above the nearest lot line elevation, except 1.0 m where abutting a Residential Zone and 3.5 m for ventilator shafts.
- s.6.10 (2021-068): for semi-detached, townhouse, back-to-back and stacked townhouse blocks and common element condominiums, the whole lot/block is used to determine compliance until lot lines are formally established.
- s.6.8 parking regulations apply only to the RUC zone, not RL11.
