The 26 base zones in Toronto's zoning by-law, each with what it permits and the numbers the by-law sets: lot area and width, front, side and rear yards, building height and lot coverage. Site-specific exceptions on a parcel change individual numbers; the base zone is the starting point. Not sure which zone a property is in? Look it up by address.
