Other provisions in this section

  • Section 12.1.2(e): interior side yard is 1.2 m for the first storey plus 0.6 m for each additional storey or part thereof (e.g. 1.8 m for a two-storey wall).
  • Section 12.1.2(i): no maximum lot coverage requirement.
  • Section 12.1.2(j): minimum landscaped open space is measured as a percentage of the front yard, not the whole lot: 70% of the front yard, reduced to 60% where the side lot lines converge towards the front lot line.
