- 18.1.2(e): the side yard requirement is stated as a single 'Minimum Side Yard Width' with no separate interior/exterior values (10 m or half the building height, whichever is greater).
- 18.1.3 (266-2006) Special Provisions - Central Area: lands within the Schedule Boundary shown on Schedule B-1 are subject to the provisions on that schedule, and Sections 18.1.2(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (g), (h), (i) and (j) do not apply to them (only the rear yard requirement in 18.1.2(f) still applies).
