Other provisions in this section
- 13.1.2(e): interior side yards must be 1.2 m on one side and 0.9 m on the other, and detached buildings must be at least 2.1 m apart.
- 13.1.2(i): no maximum lot coverage requirement.
- 13.1.2(j): landscaped open space is measured as a percentage of the minimum front yard area (50% interior lot, 60% corner lot, 40% where side lot lines converge towards the front lot line), not of the whole lot.
