Other provisions in this section

  • 13.3.2(e): interior side yards are 1.2 m on one side and 0.9 m on the other, and detached buildings must be at least 2.1 m apart.
  • 13.3.2(j): landscaped open space is measured as a percentage of the minimum front yard area (40% interior lot, 50% corner lot, 30% where side lot lines converge towards the front lot line), not of the whole lot.
